Techcardi Agent Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

 

The Agent Manager will give support to Techcardi Sales resource teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Actively engage with clients to develop the trust and credibility to help them grow their businesses by solving strategic and tactical business problems.
• Work with Techcardi Business Partners to supplement their existing skills and provide direction in positioning Techcardi solutions.
• Use business acumen to understand internal and external customer requirements. This includes technical and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with technical and services teams to define, design, and detail the aspects and feasibility of Techcardi offerings.
• Work with the technical team to deliver effective Proof of Concept (POC), Proof of Technology (POT), in support of critical situations.
• Work with the Business Partners to develop opportunity pipeline.
• Represent coverage area with updated pipeline coverage, deal creation/progression and requirements and actions needed to achieve growth.

• Skilled in provocative consultative selling with ability to articulate understanding of the client's needs and match with Techcardi capabilities.
• Be commercially minded and capable of supporting end-to-end sales engagements with the ability to think, plan and act strategically
• Self-starter with eagerness to seek and build new skills
• Demonstrated Business/Territory development success

 

Required Professional Expertise

 

• At least 2 years’ experience in professional sales
• Competitive experience in Cloud and Storage
• Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
